Admissions
Heidelberg Academy High welcomes applications from Grade 8 through Grade 12. As a small independent school, our classes fill quickly — early applications are encouraged.
The admissions process

Enquire
Contact the school office by phone or via our Facebook page to request an application pack and check availability for your child’s grade.

Submit an application
Complete the application form and return it to the school office together with the supporting documents listed.

School visit & interview
We invite the family for a tour of the school and a short interview with the principal.
- 4
Offer of placement
Successful applicants receive an offer letter. A registration deposit secures the place.
Required documents
- Certified copy of the learner’s birth certificate / unabridged certificate
- Certified copies of both parents’ IDs
- Most recent school report
- Immunisation card
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Proof of residence
